Many times in our house hunt we were too slow in pulling the trigger on houses as they came available. Similar to good land, all the best houses are just like Grandma’s hot banana cake fresh out of the oven, they disappear quickly! Buying a relocation house is a fairly strange concept and so it makes sense that when it comes to selling a house but NOT the land, there are a select few companies set up to perform this massive operation. We found there wasn’t a central resource that listed all of the companies that did this in our area.
